Overview
The Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) at Mesuullogic is a mandatory skill-acquisition program designed to expose students to the realities of the professional tech ecosystem. We believe that coding in a classroom is different from coding for a client. Our internship program transitions students from “Learners” to “Junior Associates,” giving them the opportunity to work on live projects, interact with real deadlines, and understand workplace ethics before they graduate.
Program Details:
- Duration: 3 Months - 6 Months (Depending on Academic Track)
- Eligibility: Completion of Core Technical Modules (Programming, Hardware, or Creative Arts).
- Location: Mesuullogic Tech Studio or Partner Companies.
- Focus: Practical Application, Work Ethics, Project Management, and Team Collaboration.
- Supervision: Industry-based Supervisors and Academic Staff.
- Assessment: Logbook Defense, Project Presentation, and Supervisor Report
- Direct Employment: Top performers are retained for full-time roles or recommended to partners.
